Rams - Imported Semen
We breed all of our bluefaced leicester ewes by artificial insemination using imported frozen semen from the United Kingdom, or by using F1 rams from those breedings. Our sheep have some of the most unique pedigrees of any BFLs in the US.

2018 UK Import
Myfyrian "Highflier" H001
New for 2026! We were very fortunate to obtain a limited number of semen straws from this exceptional ram. He was used as a stock ram for 4 years on the famed Auchry flock in the UK and produced many champion lambs. In his owner's words, "He is one of the most influential sires we ever used."

2025 UK Import
Philiphaugh R001
Coming in 2026! We are excited to see what this son of the 2023 Traditional Bluefaced Leicester Royal Highland Show Champion will produce! He was used extensively for both embryo transfer and natural cover prior to his import. His lambs have been excellent, including one ram lamb winning 2nd at the 2024 Royal Highland show.
2022 UK Import
Derwenlas L001
This ram was used on the perennially prize-winning, performance recorded Cernyw Flock prior to his semen being imported in 2022. He is a very correctly structured ram with exceptional musculature. He produces large, fast growing lambs with excellent color and stature​.
2023 F1 by Derwenlas L001
Regal Blue Alexander
This is our homebred F1 ram by Derwenlas L001. His dam is also an F1 by Gigrin Red Kite. We collected his semen and use him strategically on ewes bred from other imports. He has exceptional blue color and is a large framed ram with excellent bone structure and ideal body conformation.
2022 UK Import
Towdypotts L010
Another imported ram that was used on the perennially prize-winning, performance recorded Cernyw Flock prior to his semen being imported in 2022. He produced very correct lambs with exceptional fleeces. His pedigree line goes back to the extraordinary Cernyw C10.
2010 UK Import
Mossvale Masterplan X6
A 2010 import, Mossvale Masterplan produces deep bodied offspring with square and correct conformation. His ewe lambs are particularly special and have provided a great source of replacement females for many flocks.

Gigrin Red Kite W014
Unfortunately, no photos are available for Gigrin Red Kite. However, we have been very impressed with his lambs. We still have a limited supply of his semen and will use it on select ewes in the future.

Unfortunately, no photos are available for Gigrin Rhayader. However, we have been very impressed with his lambs. We no longer have semen available for this ram, but we are hoping to have some soon.
